Sophie Watson
Office and Sales Manager
Sophie has been a member of the CSE Team since 2015 and has worked extensively during that time to have become Senior Management 3 years ago. Sophie currently manages the administration and sales teams, which ranges from monitoring all clients and workload, organising training and maintaining/updating company processes.
Sophie is also a fully trained Estate Planning Consultant, meaning that she can also provide full advice to clients where required. Alongside this, Sophie has completed a Business Management degree and is currently training to become a Probate Practitioner.
Outside of work, Sophie is enjoying decorating her new home and exploring the world with her partner and 2 boys.
Vicky Mackin
Administration Assistant
Vicky is a well-established member of the team who brings management experience to the office alongside the ability to draft legal documentation.
Vicky offers our clients a personal and approachable service, with a skill set that allows all she does to be completed to a high standard. She always ensures that clients are updated at each stage of the process to maintain all client relationships.
Vicky is married and a Mum to 2 babies, Frankie & Mia. She has recently returned from maternity leave and has re-joined the team back in the office with her usual efficiency, which was greatly missed in her time off!
Karen Watson
Administration Assistant
Karen has recently re-joined the Countrywide Team having previously worked within the industry for some time. She has fit back into our team perfectly and is an integral member.
She is enjoying re-training and is a perfectionist, focusing on completing everything that does to the best of her ability, providing a high-quality service to all clients she deals with. Karen is also hoping to gain qualifications for herself in the coming years.
Karen is married and a Mum to 2 grown children who are both successful in their fields. In her spare time, Karen enjoys fitness, travel, baking and good films.
Charlotte Rawlinson
Client Liaison
Charlotte is working as a Client Liaison, dealing with all new clients and assisting them to plan meetings and progress their Estate Planning.
Charlotte has involved herself within the team instantly, using her intuition to work independently and respond to clients in a timely manner as well as keeping introducers up to date.
In her spare time, Charlotte can play 8 musical instruments which she enjoys practicing, along with baking and travelling with her family and friends.
Rob Dennis
Estate Planning Consultant
Rob has 33 year career experience in the City, with 23 years of that spent in currency money markets as a senior broker.
Rob has a very friendly approach, creating a great rapport with his clients immediately. His efficiency helps Rob to aid and assist his clients in the most beneficial way for them and in a timely manner.
Rob is a married dad of two grown up girls and enjoys playing football and golf in his spare time. Outside his hobbies, he enjoys spending time with his family at the cinema or on their holidays.
Clive Rowe
Estate Planning Consultant
Clive has been with the Countrywide Team for 5 years and is a well experienced Estate Planning Consultant, creating great relationships with every client that he sees.
Clive has a friendly, professional approach and can put all clients at ease, no matter the circumstances. He works to create a planning solution that is best and provide all clients with peace of mind for their futures.
Clive is married with a big family of children/stepchildren and in his spare time he enjoys helping his wife, Emma, run a successful magazine company in Southend. He is also currently volunteering for the Samaritans.
Neville Phillips
Estate Planning Consultant
Neville has over 30 years' experience in financial services sector and now specializes in Estate Planning and associated areas.
Neville's personable approach puts clients quickly at ease and he can discuss estate planning topics with empathy and sensitivity. His many years of experience enable him to take a holistic approach as well as providing technical support and knowledge to clients.
Neville is married with 2 grown children who are both successful and doing Neville proud. In his spare time, Neville enjoys watching football and walking with his puppy.
Luke Hall
Estate Planning Consultant
Luke is the newest member of CWSE, joining us with 13 years’ experience in sales and client relations, which he is able to bring into the team when meeting with clients to discuss their Estate Planning needs.
Luke has a very sociable approach to his role, able to create comfortable environments for clients to discuss their wishes whilst ensuring the advice given is best for their circumstances. He works hard to ensure that all factors are considered and that clients walk away with planning that gives them peace of mind.
Outside of his work, Luke is a father of two young boys who he enjoys spending time and playing with. He is also enjoying planning his 2024 wedding and his hobbies include football and golf in his spare time.
Leanne Greenfield
Human Resources Officer
Leanne has worked with the Countrywide Team for 7 years and holds extensive experience in customer liaison, before recently deciding to turn her hand to in-office organisation and relationships.
She is now the direct contact for all members of the team, providing support to all staff where needed. We are confident that all our HR needs are in good hands with Leanne at the helm.
